UK DELIVERY

• Standard UK delivery is a flat rate shipping service, starting from £2.75. Free delivery for all orders over £50.
• All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class and should usually be expected between 2-4 working days. This is NOT a tracked service. If you need a traceable delivery, you can purchase upgraded tracked special delivery.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days via Royal Mail. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as sales or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• Orders within the EU are £8.95 and may take up to 10 working days to reach their destination.
• Orders outside the EU are £15 and may take up to 10 working days to reach their destination.

Please note that the photographic props are NOT included and that the colours may vary from that on the screen due to differences in computer monitor settings.

• Be gentle removing from the packaging. Your new earring butterfly backs may be a little stiff at first but this will get better the more times you wear them.
• Please store your new jewellery in a clean & dry area.
• Try to avoid any contact with makeup, moisturiser, perfume or hairspray as this may cause damage/deterioration to your jewellery.
• Please do not get your jewellery wet. No taking them for a shower, a bath or a swim. Your jewellery will not like this. :(
• Your jewellery can be cleaned simply by using dry soft cloth or a microfibre cloth. Any marks then you can use a gentle wipe.
